Housing Stability Inclusion and Leadership Mini Grants

Up to $5,000 awarded on a rolling basis so long as funding is available

Housing Stability Inclusion and Leadership Mini Grants aim to support resident centered initiatives that promote inclusivity and build capacity for resident leadership across the MassHousing portfolio. The Housing Stability Department recognizes that communities may be at various stages along a continuum of resident engagement. These grants are intended to be a tool to support a range of resident centered practices and leadership models.

Housing Stability Loss and Grief Mini Grants

Up to $5,000 awarded on a rolling basis so long as funding is available

Housing Stability Loss and Grief Mini Grants aim to support owners/agents in addressing community trauma, loss, and grief in housing developments across the MassHousing portfolio. The Housing Stability Department recognizes that communities may be facing different types of loss, and grants are intended as a tool to support a range of approaches toward community healing for residents.

Funding is available exclusively to properties that have received MassHousing financing. Application and eligibility information can be requested by emailing housingstabilitygrants@masshousing.com, or through the MassHousing rental portal. 


Letter of Interest (LOI)

Letters of Interest are accepted on a rolling basis

This is not a request for proposals or notice of funding, but a solicitation of ideas and concepts to inform future Requests for Proposals. 

MassHousing is committed to supporting our business partners in cultivating well-rounded, thriving communities for residents. In this vein, MassHousing’s Housing Stability Department is requesting Letters of Interest (LOI) for ideas for pilot programs and initiatives that will benefit MassHousing sites and residents. Concepts may have potential to advance policy, form new partnerships and/or test promising practices to scale for greater impact. View the Letter of Interest template.
