General Counsel
As General Counsel, Amy Quimby leads MassHousing’s internal legal team, supports the Agency’s business lines, and ensures compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
Amy has extensive experience in housing and finance, and has served as an attorney for public, private, and nonprofit organizations. Most recently, she was assistant general counsel for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston.
Amy earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and her J.D. from Suffolk University.
