Construction, permanent, bridge, and conduit financing options are available to support construction of new multifamily rental housing in Massachusetts. This includes tax-exempt bond financing, Momentum Equity, and competitive taxable loan products.

Construction, permanent, bridge, and conduit financing options are available to support rehabilitation of existing multifamily rental housing. This includes tax-exempt bond financing and competitive taxable loan products.
