Password Requirements: To set up or update a new, expired or forgotten password, you must create a password with a length of 16 characters including a minimum of 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number and 1 special character. The new password expiration date will be 180 Days. When resetting your password, please do not click on the “Internal User” box. That box is only for MassHousing staff.
