Community Services Trainings

Important Notice: MassHousing has cancelled all Community Services Trainings scheduled for the remainder of March and early April.

Registration has been closed for trainings scheduled for late April, May and June, and a determination will be made at a later date whether those trainings will be held. If you are interested in attending future trainings, click the Wait List link and submit your information to be notified if that training is re-opened.

MassHousing offers courses to property management and service staff that address issues affecting families and seniors in rental housing, and cover topics such as alcohol and drugs, fair housing and reasonable accommodation, domestic violence, conflict resolution, hoarding and aging.

Staff of TAP member sites have unlimited access to all trainings which are scheduled throughout the year.

Many of TAP's courses meet HUD’s training requirements for resident service coordinators and/or offer social work CEUs.
