The Diversity & Inclusion Division operates across three principal areas:
Equal Employment and Diversity Programs
The objective of our equal employment opportunity and diversity program is identify and utilize best practices to attract, hire, promote, and retain a highly-skilled and diverse workforce within the MassHousing.
Supplier Diversity Programs
The objective of our supplier diversity programs is to facilitate and ensure access and opportunity for meaningful participation by minority-owned and women-owned businesses across in Agency and Agency-funded procurement activity. The Agency's goals and benchmarks for procurement are as follows:
- Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) - 7%
- Women Business Enterprise (WBE) - 9%
- Service Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (SDVBOE) - 3%
The objective of our efforts to promote equity is to identify, understand, and act upon institutional and structural impediments, which inhibit the equitable inclusion of various client populations and stakeholders in MassHousing programs.
