Construction Contract Financing Program

The Construction Contract Financing Program (CCFP), a partnership between MassHousing and the Massachusetts Growth Capital Corporation (MGCC), assists minority- and women-owned subcontractors in strengthening their capacity and finances so they may work on MassHousing-financed construction projects.
The CCFP is funded by a $1 million initial commitment from MassHousing and is administered by MGCC.
Who it's for
To qualify for the CCFP, applicants must be minority- or women-owned companies completing work on MassHousing-financed construction projects. Additional requirements apply. For more information, download the CCFP fact sheet.
